bgp33 Terms and Conditions

Please read all the terms and conditions below carefully and agree to them before using this platform.

Important Notice: By creating an account on, accessing, or using the bgp33 platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, please refrain from using this platform.
Section 01

General Terms

This document forms a legally binding agreement between bgp33 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user of the platform ("you", "user"). bgp33 is an online gaming platform serving Bengali-speaking users in Bangladesh.

These terms and conditions apply to all services, games, bonus offers, and promotional activities on the platform. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have fully read and understood these terms.

These terms will be governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the laws of Bangladesh will apply.

Section 02

Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To create and use an account on the bgp33 platform, you must be at least 21 years of age. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. If this condition is violated, the account will be immediately closed and all balances may be forfeited.

For persons aged 21 and above only. Minors are not permitted to access this platform.

2.2 Account Registration

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. At the time of registration, you must provide the following accurate information:

  • Your full name (as per your national identity card)
  • Active mobile number
  • Correct date of birth
  • Valid email address (where applicable)

If false or misleading information is provided, we reserve the right to close the account and confiscate all funds.

2.3 Identity Verification

The platform may request additional documents to verify your identity at any time. This may include copies of a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username, password) completely confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately.

  • Never share your login credentials with any third party.
  • Use a strong and unique password.
  • Always log out after using a public or shared device.
  • If you notice any suspicious activity, notify us immediately via live chat.

You are personally responsible for all activities carried out from your account. bgp33 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from negligent management of your account.

Section 04

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on the bgp33 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method.

Deposit transactions are generally processed instantly. However, delays may occur in some cases due to technical reasons. Please confirm the correct payment details before depositing into your account.

Minimum Deposit: ৳100 (all methods) | Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. The withdrawal method must match the method used for the deposit.

The following conditions must be met to make a withdrawal:

  • The account must be fully verified.
  • Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled.
  • The account holder requesting the withdrawal and the payment account owner must be the same person.
  • Withdrawals are approved provided there is no suspicious activity.

4.3 Transaction Review

bgp33 reserves the right to review, suspend, or cancel any transaction if there are indications of fraud or suspicious activity. Additional verification may be required in such cases.

Section 05

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible to receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:

  • Account registration must be completed to claim the bonus.
  • The first deposit must be a minimum of ৳100.
  • The wagering requirement of 25 times (25x) on the bonus bet must be fulfilled.
  • Withdrawal from the bonus is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
Example: Depositing ৳1,000 will earn you a 120% bonus of ৳1,200. A 25x wagering requirement applies to the total bonus amount.

5.2 Other Bonuses

From time to time, the platform may offer special promotional offers, reload bonuses, and VIP rewards. Each offer has its own specific terms and conditions, which are published at the time the offer is announced.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse, claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, or any form of bonus fraud is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled and the account will be closed.

Section 06

Gaming Rules

Slot games, sports betting, live casino, and other gaming services are available on the bgp33 platform. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed within the game.

  • The outcome of each game is determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
  • Winnings displayed due to a software error will be considered void.
  • In the event of an internet disconnection, the game result saved on the server is final.
  • We reserve the right to cancel the relevant bet if a technical error is detected in any game.

Players must always stay within the designated betting limits. The minimum and maximum bet amounts for each game are displayed in the game lobby.

Section 07

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bgp33 platform:

  • Operating multiple accounts from the same person or household.
  • Using any strategy or software to exploit the bonus system.
  • Operating games through automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
  • Attempting to damage the platform through hacking, phishing, or other cyber attacks.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
  • Deliberately exploiting any glitch or bug in the platform.
Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and legal action where necessary.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bgp33 platform — logos, trademarks, designs, graphics, text, software, and other elements — is the intellectual property of bgp33 or its licensors. Republishing, copying, distributing, or modifying this material without prior permission is strictly prohibited.

You may use the platform only for personal and non-commercial purposes. Written permission is required to use any part of the platform for commercial purposes.

Section 09

Limitation of Liability

The bgp33 platform provides services on an "as is" basis. We accept no liability for the following:

  • Service disruptions caused by internet connectivity issues.
  • Transaction delays caused by third-party payment gateway issues.
  • Loss caused by unexpected technical errors or server downtime.
  • Unauthorized access to an account due to the user's own negligence.

In any circumstances, bgp33's maximum liability will be limited to the actual funds held in the user's account.

Section 10

Service Changes

bgp33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, game, payment method, or other feature of the platform at any time and for any reason without prior notice.

Services may occasionally be temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance or upgrades. If any bets or games are affected during this time, we will provide a resolution to the best of our ability.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. The jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of Bangladesh shall apply to any legal disputes.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms and conditions have been published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you disagree with the terms, please stop using the platform and request that your account be closed.
